At The One to One Dental Clinic, Dr Fazeela Khan-Osborne leads a team of dedicated dental professionals who constantly strive to deliver the highest-quality dentistry.

Fazeela leads the Face team and is the Principal at the Harley Street Clinic with a special interest in full mouth rehabilitation, both on the surgical and restorative side.
Dr Thomas Crawford-Clarke

Thomas qualified from Bristol in 2010 and has since pursued further training in the fields of restorative and implant dentistry.
He completed a two-year postgraduate course in restorative dentistry from the world- renowned Royal College of Dental Surgeons and is working towards his MSc in Restorative Dentistry. He has more recently completed training with Dr Fazeela Khan-Osbourne in the placement and restoration of dental implants and is currently studying for an advanced Implant Diploma at RCS Edinburgh. He is also a junior partner at The One To One Dental Clinic.
Thomas’ areas of expertise include complex, full-mouth rehabilitations, including advanced endodontic therapy. Thomas is also interested in aesthetic dentistry, including orthodontics. He is qualified in Invisalign, the popular clear aligners system and can also deliver conservative composite bonding to restore teeth in a minimally invasive, but no less beautiful way. Other treatments offered by Thomas include facial aesthetics, such as Botox.
Thomas has been nominated for several awards and strives to keeps up to date with the latest techniques, including digital dentistry.
Dr Roshwin Pereira Carvalho

Roshwin Pereira Carvalho qualified from Goa, India in 2012. He worked in a hospital, in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, before successfully running his own private practice. He then moved to the UK to further progress his career.
Roshwin’s main treatment interest is dental implants. As well as implant therapy, he also helps patients achieve beautifully straight teeth smile with orthodontic options including fixed and removable braces, also the latest invisible aligners.
Roshwin is passionate about his work and getting to know each and every one of his patients. If you have ever felt nervous about visiting the dentist, you can be assured of care that is friendly and supportive, as well as of an exceptionally high standard.
Linzy Baker

Successful treatment outcomes need a foundation of excellent oral hygiene. Linzy works with patients to create effective plans they want to stick to, and it brings her great joy and satisfaction to see how their oral heath improves.
She takes particular pride in helping nervous patients overcome their fears, also in helping children get started on the right track.
Linzi is continuously looking at how she can widen her skills and knowledge. Since qualifying, she has taken course in periodontal care, dental implant maintenance, tooth whitening and facial aesthetics. She is currently working towards a post graduate certificate in restorative dentistry.
